Frozen game after loading!!

in BUG REPORTS

Game loads then plus stuck or frozen at Home Screen!! Tech support sucks and is a total run around that goes no where nor yields a suggested solution!! Anyone have a better way or email to get answers etc!?

    Happen to me at least 3 to 5 time each day. When this happen just close the game and try 2 or 3 times. Eventually the game load correctly.

    WTH…I have been trying to contact somebody in customer support for 6 weeks now and have gotten the runaround… I am a subscriber of WWE champions 21 and ever since trying to use the suggested “scopely ID” to sign in and save my game my game will not go past the load screen on my iphone (all updated etc) Now I have lost out on6 weeks worth of rewards, perks, monies, faction bonuses etc. I would like someone to contact me and work with me directly through email not as a help ticket to resolve this issue. My in game username is Mtndew…additionally, I do get a random response, always from someone different, saying they are “aware” of the issue and “someone” is “working” on it but nothing has changed all the while I get emails saying “we haven’t heard from you in awhile” so we are going go ahead and “close” the case!?!?!?!?!? Ready to dump this game but have invested ALOT
