IOW Charlotte Shards Issue

I have claimed 6 rewards from portal of Charlotte Shards but I have only 664 instead of 824

The last reward i claimed from portal and inventory is not added to her shards

I have wright this issue in help but no one is replying me

  probably haven't been long enough for support to answer, it takes a few days, either way they are the only ones that can help you with that
