Game freezing
At different points the game will freeze in the middle of a match or at the beginning have no choice but the log out and I'll lose all my health pack

I have a had a issue with the game freezing in the middle of my matches. I have to restart losing all of my health for the character. This has happing more than a couple of times in the past few months. My gamer tag and forum is deangelot.i have some screenshots as well.
