I have tried connecting on a Moto G Stylus and Bluestacks. Both cannot connect. What is going on?

  Hello Autism. Bluestacks is not supported so playing on the emulator is at your own risk. On your phone are you still experiencing the issue? Is this consistent or did it happen once for a short period of time?
