Missing inbox rewards after trying to collect multiple

I tried to collect 930 rock Johnson’s shards from my inbox. I only received 750 though roughly. I have 200 missing from my inventory due to connection error.

I started with with 1060 rock Johnson shards

tried to collect 930

I bought 25

i got 30 more from inbox that came in

faction rewards 50


my total should be at 2095 rock Johnson shards I still haven’t even got the shards to recruit him due to this issue

how do I get my missing shards? customer service said thank you for reporting this with no possible fix

How can we get the multiple collect rewards inbox fixed as well?
