Loot not received after payment
I just purchased the elite jump start pack for $47.99 aud.
I have not received anything from this pack In my inventory or the 2 star sika.
The money has been debited off my credit card already.
This needs to be looked at urgently as we are dealing with real money.

The customer service is extremely poor but that is not your concern even though other in game issues are raised in this forum.
