Game froze during Boogeyman Coin loot redemption

Last night at approximately 1:00am MDT, I attempted to redeem a Boogeyman loot coin and the game froze. All it gave me was the bonuses for using it. Nothing else. I have no additional coins so I cannot recreate. I have a video of it but your site doesn’t accept videos from my phone for some reason

    normally if you open loot and the game freeze you will get whatever you looted in your inventory, if you have no new characters it's cause you got duplicated shards, you can always confirm with the game support
