Characters don’t die

Hi. Everytime one of my characters die in battle they resort to the lowest health which means I can’t put them up for faction heals. This is fine during the week but for showdown and feuds this is going to cost too much health packs.

I tried contacting you on contact us. The last time was for health packs because your showdown crashed and you never got back and I sent this today and got the same computerized response which doesn’t give me much hope.

can you please sort this before I lose all my health packs.
