Game Freezes at League Screen

I’m a returning player and haven’t played the game for a while. The game takes me to the League screen and then freezes where it wants me to claim my reward. I restored my account with game center and the following screen pops up:

i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I’ve waited for it to connect. I’m running on iOS 14.5.1 on both my iPhone 11 & iPad (7th Generation) and my player name is WWERAW1985.


any help you could give me to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated as I would love to get back into the game

    Please review the attached reporting guide and provide more details. Also, have you tried when connected via wifi instead of LTE? Thanks!

    I’m not sure what other information I can give other than what I’ve put here. It won’t let me continue past this point after I downloaded the game last week. It happens every time the game takes me to the league screen. I have given all the information as the report bug issue says but I’ll do it again:

    1. The game freezes when it takes me to the league screen to claim my reward.
    2. I click on league thing that it directs me to and that works but when I want to claim my reward, the picture I posted always pops up and the game freezes.
    3. Just logging into the game triggers it for me.
    4. I reinstalled the game last week, it has been doing it ever since.
    5. Every time I boot up the game.
    6. iPad (7th Generation) & iPhone 11
    7. iOS 14.5.1 and game version 0.504.
    8. WWERAW1986 is my in game name.
    9. I have ran it through Wi-Fi & LTE. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the game several times.
