Akam belt didn't transfer to Kofi

Woke up Saturday to the shock that my Akam aka Fat Enzo aka Fnzo belt has been removed from my New Kofi and from my inventory as a whole.

So while I was able to put Akam on 2 different people, Kofi I can not.

I was under the impression the belt would not be removed from Kofi.

Considering the fact that I spent money to win the Akam belt from some loot, I'd appreciate the belt returned, or a Kofi 2 trainer belt provided.

  2. Where in the game did it happen? on new Kofi
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it? No idea
  4. When or since when did it happen? 48 hours ago
  5. How often do you experience this issue? 100% of the time
  6. What device are you playing on? Samsung S21 Ultra
  7. Which OS and game version? Android latest version
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Shanes
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? restarted game, checked in matches, checked for belt in my titles.

    The strap should've transferred, mine did as it should've so I would suggest contacting support about it, they should be able to fix it for you.

    confirmed mine transferred as well.

    Contacted support... so far they're clueless.
