Cannot cancel subscription made through portal

I am current stuck in a continual feedback loop with support. I purchased the Manager's Pass via the web portal using XSolla and I am unable to find any way to cancel the subscription. The only option within the web portal is to upgrade to the 6 month and when I attempted to contact support, they just point me to the iTunes subscription area where the subscription does not exist.
What do I need to do to get this cancelled? If this requires us to contact XSolla support for subs made through the web portal, you need to put some sort of link or verbiage on the page within the game as well as something in the subscription email.
This is a really bad UI/UX that is beyond frustrating.
