Strap pass sub doesnt work properly

Hi,

I've bought the strap pass sub and the only thing that works is my extra lootboxes at the end of a match.

Nothing else works (vip logo is gray, cant skip normal or hard modes, hp boost doesnt work, vip room isnt accesible as rick flair is blocking the door).

Hope its gonne be fixed very soon.

Well i had the assistance..

They claim that the strap pass shouldnt let me play hard or hell mode before clearing normal... thats new for me

Hello again @amerith please don't post support screenshots in the forum. I'm assuming you're VIP 11 which is needed to skip through to hell mode. Support was correct that you need either the KOK, or DX army passes to take advantage of the skipping to hard/hell modes.
