unable to play game in portal

hi. its Roman 343655. assuming there is all good . My issue is that when i tried to play the game in portal then it shows game inresponsive then i click on wait and it again pop up and nearly 4-5 times and i click on wait everytime . After that the game screen opens where are nearly 16 superstars are feautured where main guys are tech becky, showboat rock and ph hogan. then it shows unable to connect and there is only 1 option 'retry' and i click on that and then it gets me to the front page of portal. I tried nearly 3-4 times but it is not allowing me to enter in game . Please help me as soon as possible.
