Energy disappearing

What exactly is not working?

My energy disappears randomly. I can try to get screenshots buts its pretty straight forward.


For example. I bought 4 energy using web points. Played 2 triva games and ran out of energy. How?


Where in the game did it happen?

Trivia rumble on web port


What are the steps to reproduce it?

Play trivia rumble with more than 1 energy.


When or since when did it happen?

Happened the past few days but happened just now.


How often do you experience this issue?

Every day the past few days


What device are you playing on?

Galaxy note 10+


Which OS and game version?

Android 11, chrome version added in screenshot


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?


Tried this for a few days. Made sure OS and chrome is up to date.

    You can only maintain 3 of 3 energy according to the indicator on the right side of the portal page. Your energy is not disappearing it is simply a use or lose system. Hope this helps.

    when i start one , it freezes and directly returns to home page .

    this is not the first time. each time an energy is lost and the webcoins as well which i would have used to save a question earlier . pls look into this matter
