App startup
Hey all,
Been like 12+ hrs that I cannot load the app!
It does open,...then gets stuck at 'loading'
Usually it loads like 60MB and then the game opens,...not now!
Idea's? (Except for reinstalling the app)?

Hello @The_Lobster typically clearing cache and then reinstall resolves these issues. Are you still having this problem?

I think the problem is related with upgrades.
It eventually works after X hours, yet is reoccurring mostly when new events start. No re-install required if you are patient enough,...yet 12+hrs is a long time when you're anxious to progress!

The device you're on can also have an effect on loading. Do you have an older device?

Thanks for your concern, since everything sorts out by not changing anything to the device and no other apps are affected, I'm convinced this isn't the right track.
There 'll probably be a load balancing or server issue,... unless you are a scopely representative, you & I will not know.
