Dx vault not levelling up
So I reported this problem back in November and wasn't too sure how to reply to messages etc so have decided to repost with screenshots aswell @Firpo as requested in your previous message please find attached the screenshots that I hope will help it's been a while now and everyone else seems to be OK with there dx vault but mine hasn't levelled up I have tried reinstalling from scratch, I am updated to the latest version I don't know what else to do.. I have also attached a picture of someone in my faction who's dx vault is working
Think this should be enough don't know what else to post but you have my version number etc

Hey I had this issue also for a while, I opened a support ticket and it was taken care of pretty quickly. Have you contacted them yet?

No problem just getting sick of waiting spoke to support about it back in November and still not been fixed getting beyond a joke
