Faction heal tokens not refreshing right
This happens a lot, but I just wanted to start posting it here when it does. If nothing else, there will be a record of how often it's happening to people.
If I'm not mistaken, these should be refreshing at a rate of 1 every 2 hours, right?

I think this is the first time I've noticed it when it wasn't at zero

This bug happens from time to time. I'll pass it along to the team. In the interim, if you have any token bags to open it will reset the timer. Thanks
