Missing TP from purchase

I’ve bought 3x99.99$ offer from web portal and BOTH from ingame support and xsolla refusing to acknowledge the fact im missing 600 black tp, and what make it worse and VERY frustrating is that ingame support lying straight to my face saying that the offer only had 100 tp, and this is not the first time they refuses to help me, other is my ZAust gear it’s broken for the last 4 MONTH and no it’s not visual for me the numbers don’t add up even when I fight unstrapped non medal opponents, numbers are WAY to low, Im fully strapped and got full tier 4 medals on and my dmg is still not good enoug!!! Either you compensate me for this doing of your mistake NOT mine, and im not talking about thise damn super appreciate bags, I am tired of writing to support and get USELESS response every time. @Firbo
