can't buy from black market
Everything I try to order on the black market comes up with "Oops, there was an error" and won't let me order it. I've tried different browsers, different phones, logging in and out... no luck.
Checking the networking log, it makes two calls to api.wwechampions.com; the first one returns a 204, the second one a 500 error that says "Something went wrong, please try again."

I have the same issue. Any time I try to buy anything on the Black Market store with Web Coins I get the same "oops" error message. Also tried on multiple devices, mobile and desktop etc. In game support didn't seem to really understand the issue and just gave a generic response about rebooting devices and turning off wifi. Hoping someone here can shed more light and help to solve.

When did you try to purchase something and where? Do you have screenshots of the error popping up? Did you clear the browser cache on your PC or mobile? Do you have an active popup blocker?

Trying to purchase hogan 4 star for 299 rubies it does not work. When I tap the orange button nothing happens.

that's because you aint doing it right, you can only buy the 5 random items in "available items" not everything on the possible list

Hi, I purchased 1k web coins for $20 cuz I saw r rousey in black market for 1k web coins but I’m trying to click on it and nothing happens? UPDATE. I see just another scopely scam and u have potential to get it but not a guarantee. Pls refund my money and take the web coins back

Can’t buy rubies from the store. If I press the orange button nothing happens. It’s loading for 2-3 seconds an then it’s over and nothing happens

you not understanding what "available" means when it's clearly written there doesn't mean it's a scam, it means you didn't understand how it works... You can always plead your case with the game support if you want and see with them
