Hacker also back-up my account in another device

My account name is kane478042 and I will play for past 3 years. That account was hacked by an north indian his name was Piyush dekate.

I will complaint about that and the scopley team will cancel all the device and I will make sure of my account back with my poco X2 mobile. But now that guy hack my account back to his mobile also.. I need a full protection for my account and full access with my mobile.
