How can I get help recovering my account

I had an issue when I opened the app. I believe the Apple GameCenter messed up and overwrote my account. I deleted app and reinstalled. It wouldn’t let me go back as an existing player so I had to go through the tutorial. When I tried to login with Facebook to recover my account, it showed the new account instead of the real one. Same thing with the web portal. Now shows the new/empty account. I need some help to recover my account.
