Missing event points after in-game purchase (Scopley CS unresponsive)

Hello. My in game name is Kakaa Ayub

I purchased 2 packs step 1 and step 2 from shop for mlc solo points 36 hrs ago. 6500 Solo points not added to my solo contest.

I’ve sent tickets multiple time with all proofs but they didn’t reply and gone 36 hrs.

please solve my problem so I can claim all others solo points
