    I actually paid real money for energy just to have the trivia crash three times and take my energy. That's without the currency I spent to refresh the shop which I now can't buy anything from thanks to having no currency or energy!


    Here's two examples of it simply "processing" then kicking me out of the trivia.

    Same here, on top of Trivia randomly freezing, and crashing so i lose my energy and webcoins.

    Please add more ways to earn web coins soon, I already lost all 3 quizzes today because I didn't watch WWE before 1998.

    Same here I have lost over 500 webcoins in the past couple of days.

    Yeah, it makes the Trivia Rumble pointless. You waste energy just to get the Web Coins back. I won 3 straight and I didn't gain any coins. Hopefully this is an issue that can fixed soon.

    Also now I've realised I'm not getting any coins for winning a trivia. There's got to be an easier way to do this than answering dumb questions.

    I recently did my weekly grind to try to get enough Web Coins for Sat/Sun items and had been sitting on a ton of energy. When I completed by 43-50 trivia games I noticed that I was debitted web coins and received NO CREDIT for the Trivia completed.

    Firstly , the trivia rumble took all my web coins out by

    1) On selecting the answer it says processing . This takes a minute and then instead of showing it whether the answer is correct or not , it directly throws out of that quiz.

    2) Web coins are lost just by starting a quiz.


    And now even when i have sufficient web coins( 101 ). I'm not able to buy a 60 web coin deal. It shows no sufficient web coins

    I'm having the same issue, my web coins are being removed after each round of the trivia, it has removed around 1500 web coins from my account.

    I am also having the same issue. The trivia keeps taking 100 web coins away so you can’t gain any I’ve use up like 30 energy today and should have 600-700 web coins but keeps dropping to 0

    Same issue as everyone else. Did trivia 6 times today, won 4 times and lost 25 coins when I continued once.

    I am also suffering from this situation but can't seem to find a way to contact xolla or whatever they are called so that they will fix it and refund me the points im losing.

    I have won several rounds and each time i replay it just takes the 100 i won away from me again and acts as if I had to pay the 100 to play again. Please assist and refund me all my web coins I have lost.

    I have noticed that I do not get my prize for answering all 5 questions correct. For a brief moment it shows that the 100 webcoins are added, but after that they are just gone.

    Bought 32 Energy Spent On trivia rumble Won 10 matches...

    Used around 200-300 coins for revive


    But whenever i won the match im losing my Coins...

    im missing 700+ coins

    When I can Get my refund Coins...

    I've used about eight energy in the trivia rumble, won 5-6 of them and didn't get any web coin from it. I'm still at 10

    won multiple trivias but everytime i take a new one the previous reward was deducted immediately

    I've been going hard as usual trying to stack web china to collect daily rewards and stay in the top spot overall but I'm not receiving any wen china inn return while gaming energy still taken. PLEASE help, thanks in advance!!

    Similar to the above mentioned issue, I have only won one Trivia Rumble game so far, yesterday, but I still have not received the 100 Web Coin prize. See attached screenshots. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    I also am having the same issues. In fact I won the trivia twice just a moment ago and I noticed I didn't get any points. Instead it is the same as it was beforehand.
