Hi. Not received the rewards for milestones 8 and 9 from Welcome back community event despite claiming them through the portal.. Restarted and refreshed the game.

    HI, same as you guys, but i didnt received rewards 1-9, but 10 milestone i claim normal i dont know where the issue is....

    Hello same but didn't receive none of the 10 levels from portal ingame now gonna cost me final 2 milestones please fix this...this seems to happen constantly. IGN REVEAL

    Claimed all the rewards in wrestlemania global event but some rewards are not sent to my inbox like 2 star gold posters, players appreciation bag etc.... Please check

    I also didn't received any rewards for hulk hall of fame induction global community event rewards.

    I am missing all 10 rewards. I claimed all one after another but not received any items in my inbox yet.

    Hey so I've been fighting with support about missing rewards I claimed and never received from the portal. There was so much that I missed not to try here. It was even said there was no record of my account being sent these rewards. Please help. It's been weeks of back and forth so I'm coming here. These are the rewards I claimed and was never sent

    I have been going back and forth with support for over 3 weeks now. It was during the Bobby Lashley event.

    I wasn’t credited in the portal for $100 that would have put me at the 220 level.

    I have sent them screenshots of all my purchases and my score only being 120 instead of 220.

    they refuse to do anything and keep referring to the character shards they sent out for the group event that was happening at the same time.

    it is super frustrating and ridiculous that Scopely (a) don’t appear to be reading my messages and (b) keep referring to the wrong event that they sent compensation for.

    i don’t know if a mod here can escalate but I would appreciate it.
