Support issue with coin event

On 3/25 at 2pm CST a coin and evolution event started and I began by unlocking and upgrading perks for the coming weekends feud. I looked and saw that all the coin I used upgrading perks was not added the the coin/evo event so I took screenshots and messaged support. I upgraded a superstar to see if those coins registered and they did so I subtracted what I spent on perks from the final milestone and continued with my superstars. The end result was because of the coins not adding I did not max the event when I reality I spent more than enough coins to fully max the event. Scopely is trying to say their records don't show that I finished and they are not trying to credit me what I earned. More nonsense from a million dollar support team. I have screenshots and made everything really easy for them and they still won't do their jobs so after I post this I will be canceling all my subs and moving on from this game unless they can do the right thing
