    I have not received any 10x Bobby Lashley faction gift shards from my faction that have purchased them as well as the purchase I made on the portal.

    I'm owed 1,000 from all my teammates making purchases on the portal. Please fix this. Asap. Thanks.

    The faction that I was in all purchased the portal offer to receive a 10 Bobby Lashley shards faction gift and we have received none. That is a total of $10k spent, to get 0 or the 1,000 shards we are all owed. Please rectify and send all the impacted players our shards.

    My whole faction brought the faction loot which would return 1000 shards per player. No one has received any shards to date. My faction members and I are owed 1000 each
