I haven’t received, nor the other 99 people in faction, my 10 Bobby Lashley shards for the web portal faction pack

I also did not receive the faction gifts of 10 bobby lashley shards which all 100 of bought which equals 1000 shards per person in our faction. Please resolve promptly.. thx

I also did not receive any of the 10 shards per purchase for our entire faction for this event. I and 99 other people paid 100$ for this and did not get what was advertised or paid for. This needs to be adjusted ASAP.
