Shard pack issue ciampa

I bought the ciampa shard pack a few days ago that showed $20 for 20 of his shards and 25,000 cash, Yes it was an error and scopely ended up fixing it but I still bought the pack while it was showing that and only got 2500 cash have all my receipts. But yet others who bought it in error are getting the 25k igc from in game support but yet My issue got denied with my receipt. Is there anyone I can actually talk to about this cause it sucks I bought something and didn't get what was advertised on the offer I bought and yet I see others getting it fixed and yet mine isn't. Not trying to say only select people are getting the issue fixed but that is what it looks like. I would just like to talk to somone who help me with this issue, I do spend a good bit each month in this game and the issue is just frustrating.
