Portal purchase

Made a purchase via the web portal the other day - it was the Ciampa's Shard Special for $19.99 on the portal and supposed to include 25,000 in game cash, 20 Ciampa shards, and 20 MVP tokens. I then attempted to purchase the Kofi Shard Special which gave me error messages 2 times and nothing ever happened.
After making the purchase I go into the game and in the Rewards it shows a picture with 25,000 in game cash, 20 Ciampa shards, and 20 MVP tokens - I claim the rewards and did not get any increase of in game cash.
I then check my emails a few minutes later and notice 3 charges have been emailed to me $21.44 (after taxes) have been taken out of my account. Xsolla was quick to fix the 2 charges that had been assessed from the errored out transactions. However, Scopely, refuses to address the issue with not sending me 25,000 in game cash.
Please see the images for a play by play - I would either like my money refunded or the in game cash sent to my account.

So fraud basically? Man thankfully they are a billion dollar company... that 22 bucks is really gonna hurt their bottom line lol.

I got the same message and problem. Would love to see a solution. When I purchased it said 25,000 got 2,500. Any help would be appreciated.

There wouldn’t have been a need for me to post it here if support was doing their job. However, they continue to give me the run around and all you want to do is tell me I am in the wrong for posting screenshots of how terrible it is. Please look into the issue instead of trying to avoid it.
