Kofi Shards Special pack purchase

On Sunday March 28 I purchased the Kofi Shards Special from the portal which included 25000 in game cash. I collected the purchased pack from ingame inventory but the 25000 cash was not awarded. I contacted support that same day but the issue remains unresolved. Can you please help.
