Marquee Stipulation Tour Tickets not showing up

I've bought some of the Marquee Stipulation Tour Tickets from the Stipulation Tour store; as well as collecting the 50 free tickets from the store over the weekend... but it doesn't look like the tickets are showing up in my inventory in game. Is this a known issue? Will they show up when the marquee tour finally goes live?
