In Game Scopely Support Not Answering Questions

In game user is Cykotic. Last response to issue was from Aly. Basic situation is below. Main question is what will Scopely do to replace the in game currency spent on items advertised that had no way of being available. That is false advertising and not something that a user should be responsible for.
On March 22, I sepnt several hundred in game cash on Showdown refreshes trying to get some promoter tokens to show up. They never did even though in game it said that was a place to try to get them. I logged in today on March 23 and now they are showing but are broken images showing 500,000 showdown token costs. It is clear that the messages in game about promoters did not match up with the availability of them in the Showdown shop so my cash spent on refreshes was watsed and it should be returned.
Other information including screenshot is provided already in game on the active ticket. Problem is that Aly is not answering my direct question of when Scopely will be replacing the in game currency spent on false advertising.

Same here, been waiting over a week now. Any developer or game engineer on here that can assist.

I hate how inconsistent in app support is. I received a reply to a ticket, responded immediately and its been 3 days since and haven't heard anything. Like, if you're working the ticket and send a response, and I respond to that immediately, why not keep working the ticket?

Hey @Cykotic,
Regarding the Release/Deployment of the new Icons of WrestleMania we clearly mentioned the schedule on the respective Blog post when we put them into the game.
So for the first batch of Superstars, it was 3/23. We also informed everyone ingame when this happened.

That's the thing - I did post my issue here and was told to do a ticket, which I did. I was quoted 24 hours for a response and didn't get one for 72 hours and then since the "event was over" told me there was nothing they could do despite me being put at a disadvantage compared to everyone else in the community. Requested to escalate and its been another 3 days with no response.
I know yall can't respond to everything here but it would just be nice if someone cared about the issue...because all it seems to be is a passing of the buck at every turn.

PLEASE HELP!! IVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY GAME FOR 11 DAYS NOW.
1. What exactly is not working?
Game will not sync to Facebook after tutorial. The game recognizes my progress and game. However it just turns into an endless loop of clicking the "facebook login" blue button. See screenshots.
2. Where in the game did it happen?
On Sat., March 20, 2021. The phone I used for the game was struck by a golf ball and shattered, completely useless.
I had my number transferred to my emergency phone and attempted to login to play. This was the result. SEE SCREENSHOTS
3. What are the steps to reproduce it?
Install game
Complete tutorial
Select Facebook login
Confirm my progress
Confirm the action is permanent
Game restarts to blue Facebook login
Click Facebook login
AND...REPEAT, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER
4. When or since when did it happen?
Sat., March 20, 2021. I have not been able to play since this date. I have received NO SUPPORT
5. How often do you experience this issue?
When I get a new phone. This is the 2nd time. The 1st time, over 1 year ago, customer service was quick to respond.
6. What device are you playing on?
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (or Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G - Same issue with new phone arrived last Wednesday)
Which OS and game version?
Android 11 on Phone

I am happy to report the issue I had was completely resolved by in-game support.

Must be nice. I'm on day 7 or 8 of getting the runaround and people constantly passing the buck and not responding to messages for 3 days.
