Missing Showdown Scrimage Rewards
Hi,
what is need to be done to get my missing rewards from the Showdown Scrimage last week. Cause of the Bug that CSS Points did not count i missed the Silverstar and the reward bevor the silver star.
On Top i missed the chance to redeem the silver star and the rewards i would get in the week one wm event.
The ingame support closed my ticket, but did nothing. The second ticket i send to them is not answered for 3,5 days know.
I put in much time for this rewards and now i get totally scammed?

There are lots of people with the same issue, but support and the mods seem to be very quiet on a resolution right now.
Tons of rewards including stars and mystery coins have been lost, so you would hope that this would be a priority issue to fix.

I still have not received the 250,000 points for the gold star for the week 1 solo contest (which would equate to 3-4 millstones) ...most of the others in the faction have received their missing rewards, but I still have not
