Linking to Facebook for the first time at level 79

Hello,


I am trying to link my WWE account to FB for the first time to gain all the free rewards. However, when I do this, it is telling me that my account will take on the new level 0 account instead of the level 79 account that I've been building on my phone over the past several months.


How do we work around this? I want my level 79 account to be linked/transferred to FB and obviously not reset back to 0.

    Just to clarify, are you trying to link you game account on your phone to Facebook first? It wasn't clear if the message was on your phone or on the portal.

    Im having the same issue. I had dealt with losing 3 different accounts when each profile suddenly starting over. Now on my new acct at lvl 14, it asked for me to link my acct to fb so i can keep my progress backed up, and it shows my old acct which is a higher level. I dont want to link it and lose the progress and superstars from my new acct.
