Unable to cash in tokens

Has anyone else been unable to cash in tokens from a contest because it says they are unavailable and then the contest ends and you are just out of luck?

    Are you talking about token in your inventory locker like shirts and stuff?

    You have to go into store to spend them... Unless you are talking about something else

    Yo tuve ese problema pero con el viento de zcena no pude cobrar las 9 fichas solo cobré 7 me llefon 6 días seguidos de ahí el día 7 y 8 no me llegaron esas fichas y el día 9 si e llego y no pude cobrar al zCena es algo molesto porque pensé que si iba a poder tener ese personaje y al final no pude por obtener las fichas necesarias me quede solo con 6 fichas de 9 que necesitaba mande correo explicando lo sucedido pero jamás me respondieron

    I'm talking about the slayer choice coins from a few days ago. It never let me use them while it was running, it said currency unavailable, and then when the contest ended it said the same thing.
