I am having same issue. The game title screen comes up and it sits at 0% and never moves.

usually you can refresh when you get the error and it will either come up or give facebook login option

Refresh does not help or correct the problem

try using a different browser or clearing your cache. Whenever I have experienced this issue it can sometimes take more than once refreshing the page to allow for FB login
