Missing fuse for Trickster Ric Flair

I was going through my roster recently and noticed I am missing a fuse for Trickster Ric Flair. I pulled a 4sb fuse last year from silver league loot and within the past few months at 4sg. I provided a screenshot to support of me having a 4sb card however they have not been helpful at all. I dont know when exactly it disappeared. I am playing the game on a galaxy s10 and I have the latest game version downloaded.

    I can't play the game it is so ridiculous because I can't get get any bonus points
