Error downloading asset bundles message

I have been getting the attached message every time I open the game over the last few days.

    if your opponent was Slick Ric there may be a connection as he was my opponent the multiple times it happened to me.

    It happens when I open the game. I get the red spinning circles and then get the error message as above. I don't have slick rick.

    I get the same message when I go to hell mode on the summer slam tour

    I’m experiencing this same error message on IOS when playing the Kings weekly on normal and hard modes against Ric Flair. Drains my energy every time. This has been ongoing for weeks😡

    It just happened again on color splash, and the challenger was Ric Flair, so I’m guessing that he’s trigger for the errors😡

    unable to play vip match 9 due to Rick Flair. This is something I pay for and I’m not getting the service I’m paying for if unable to play the tours. How do you request a refund for VIP KOK?

    I'm getting the 'Error downloading asset bundles' everytime I try play my Ric Flair Showboat Character. Can't play for the bonus in new Wrestlemania event as I can't use the character. Pretty poor show if this is not resolved.

    So Nature Boy Ric Flair is required in the MVP Open Tours to collect all the Wrestlemania points. But when I select him to go to a match I get an Asset Bundle error and get stuck on the game loading screens. If I close the game out and come back in my Ric Flair character's energy is down to zero! I know there's another post about Asset Bundle issues, but it's kind of messed up that Ric Flair would be a required character knowing that this issue still hasn't been resolved.

    @docholliday1064 have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? That fixed it for me and other faction memebers

    For anyone having the Ric Flair issue. Try to uninstall and Reinstall. It fixed mine and my faction mates
