Portal account not there

I can't connect to portal. I have tried the Facebook thing and the clearing of browser. It does not join me up to a new account. There is no account.

I have had a new account brought up before but have just logged out of it and logged back in with facebook eg

My account is not connecting. I get this

As you can see in second picture there is no new account because this is a new account

Which I was able to log out of and fix the problem

I have done the Facebook thing and clear the browser cache thing and bth have not worked.
