Hi my faction is currently not able to get join request from members. When I use my desktop I can see people asking to join my faction but there are no options to accept or reject them. On my phone they don't even show up. I cannot build my faction to how I want it if I am not able to accept the right member's that I want.

    Hi @patschamps

    I assume that from desktop, you are stating you are looking at the portal faction chat. That is showing a history of people who attempted to join your faction. If you did not accept them before they changed their mind, their request drops off from the game. Thank you.

    Yes I can not go to the game at all to faction chat either thru my phone or the game in the portal. I can only see people asking to join my faction on the side chat which in turn does not give me an option to accept or reject that option doesn't even show up show. I have seen there requests about 10 min after they request but can not do anything because I do not have the option to. In order to build my team I have to leave my faction open and have no choice to do request only because I am blocked from accepting or rejecting requests.

    and then why can't I send a faction dm to my members that why I say my faction page is messed up.
