  • I was able to claim the first reward after spending more money, but when I got up to spending enough to get the second milestone reward, the money I spent didn't show up as credit. So, right now I've spent an additional 32 dollars and it hasn't even been accredited to me yet.

    Same. I claimed Milestones 1 and 2, but the third "claim" button does not respond. I even spent an extra $2 to see if that helped and I still haven't been given a 2 point credit for those said $2. Still can't claim Milestone #3

    I just spent $99.99 and $19.99 on portal offers. I didn't get any solo points?

    Have sent something through to support. Please can this get looked at urgently. There's less than 1 day left in the solo event.

    I bought over the $25 yesterday and milestone still shows 20 points, spent more again today and milestone 1 still not available. Messaged Scopely 4 times now and as per normal, no response, no milestone, no reward!!!! kind over this take take take non stop

    Same problem, can't claim 25 point reward. Spent 24.99 and the 25 point moved from not ready to claim. Was told on my faction that you had to spend over 25.00 so spent another 1.99 and still can't claim...

  • I bought 175 points worth but only shows 100 points anyone else having this problem?

    I've reached milestone 5 in the solo event on the portal and the button says claim but it wont let me claim tje prize. I've tried on many devices and its the same issue.

    I bought two things for today's web event. But there's no event milestone anywhere.

    Does it take time for your purchases to be calculated into the rewards for the solo event? Purchased some items from portal just to get rewards and haven’t increased my score at all! Kinda makes me regret getting the items if I can’t get points for them. Please help

    I am not getting any credit for the purchases made on the portal and there's not much time left before the event ends. What is being done to remedy this and what will happen if the contest ends before receiving the appropriate rewards?

    I was on 20 points, so purchased the $9.99 Day 11 special (6 pulls) to get me past 25 so that I could claim the 3,000,000 coins. My position did not move and I stated at 20 points. Please can you resolve?

    I purchased the 200 pack and the 20 hof piper pack to get me over the hump for some rewards. Still hasn’t registered my purchases and these were in the afternoon. Only 11 hrs left in the contest please make this right guys. Needing the rewards for my talent up of hof characters

    Tell me how this is right? Clearly I've spent more than the 25 and here it is over 13 hours later still can't claim. How is there going to be a portal specific event and there's a bug like this? I'll take a refund if this doesn't get fixed by the end of the event. K thanks VIP 12 and tired of the mess

    How’s the points issue gonna be resolved with an 1:30 left on the clock! Will we get the missing rewards sent to us?

  • Yeah, I missed out on the second milestone myself. And not the event is over. I tried several times yesterday. And just wanted to know if this was going to get resolved?

    Has tehre been any resolution to this yet? I had a similar issue, I got to the 3rd level claimed all 3 prizes, but only the 3rd one showed up ingame. I submitted a ticket in game and was told to try going to my Inventory, then to Stats, tehn back to Rewards and it would be there. It didn't work. I replied to the message in game but have not recceived any otehr responses from them.

    I am owed 3million coins, 1 5S Diamond Box, and 5 4S Gold boxes.

    As these are rewards for spending real money I would like my reward or a refund immediately please.

    It is now April 21st and still have not resolved this issue. It’s a joke. I demand a refund for my purchases that weekend or the rewards that I am due. You have 2 days to respond or I will then take further steps. I have tried with support and here, with both groups unable to resolve the issue. Enough is enough, there is no more patience to be had
