Cannot Claim Solo Event Reward

in WEB PORTAL ISSUES ONLY

I have 25 points in the solo 4th anniversary shopping event and the button to claim is lit up but nothing happens when I tap it. I've logged out and logged back in. I've closed the broswer. Nothing works.

    Solved it myself. Had to spend another $30 to finish level 2 to get level 1 to work. Lovely.

    I have earned 110 points from the solo shopping event, but cannot claim the level 3 reward. When I click on “Claim”, nothing happens. I am logged into my Facebook account. I have tried this on my iPad and also on my PC with same results. I was able to claim previous rewards. I sent am in-game message, but have not gotten a response from them yet!

    I'm not get claims da are give away. Never sudden have sign in 2 Facebook.

    During the March into March event, I was unable to claim the first 3 faction rewards. I put in a ticket that day but to this point have not heard back. Any help on how to get those rewards would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. rizzle619

    I can’t claim the bonus rewards today after getting to the first milestone reward level. The “Claim” button doesn’t do anything at all I tried claiming via phone and PC, same issue in both platforms. How can I retrieve my reward?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem that I cannot claim the first milestone.

    I tried to use my cellphone and laptop but nothing works.

    The support is already informed about the game.

    There are others who have both milestone 1 and milestone 2 that cannot be claimed due to an unfunctional “claim” button in the portal. Your solution doesn’t work for everyone. And yes, that is shady.

    I bought something from the web store and hit the first milestone in the solo event and the milestone reads "Claim" but clicking on it doesn't claim the reward? Is this a known issue or is anyone else having the same issue?

    Yes, same issue here. There are a few other threads about it, but no response from Scopely yet. Quite a few people have the same problem claiming the solo milestone rewards. This was my first portal purchase and it will be my last, if it doesn’t get resolved.

    I have had the same issue. I emailed Scopely with no response back. I spent 50, and then the first milestone claim was able to be claimed.

    The next milestone is at 55, I've so far spent 82 dollars, and it hasn't even updated yet to show I've spent the extra 32 dollars. So, one solution to that issue is spend more money and it may work, but then again it may result in you spending money for no reason.
