The DX and DX elite pass

I'm just wondering why am I paying for both of these if I'm not receiving the daily and weekly rewards from both like they say I should be.

  When does your DX elite pass expire? It will show all expired if it's set to renew in the next 24 hours.

  I renewed both of them a couple days ago but it won't give me both rewards.

  Like when I first bought the dx elite pass it stopped giving me the rewards for the dx army pass. I renewed both passes and now it won't give me the rewards for the dx elite pass. It only let's me use the 3 star triple h.
