I cannot claim anything off the website or buy packages. The game works fine I just get the two error messages stated in the title. Wasn't able to claim my community events either.

Solved the problem,. Only missed out on 1.3 mil gold, the pack I wanted and all my daily rewards that I'm sure you'll send to me asap. Thanks for being diligent. *sarcasm*
