Not receiving purchases in color clash store

Hi,

I bought 50 auto clear gold tickets from the store, yet after restarting the game couple of times, I still have not received them.

I bought them overnight so it has been about 10 hours since I bought them

This is on android, in particular a Samsung phone, so not sure if iOS is experiencing similar issue.

In game name is The Beast 19892.
