Marching into March Rewards / Missing Milestone Rewards

I completed the first 12 milestones of the Marching into March Solo Tour. When I clicked collect rewards, I got a server error. When I clicked again, I only got coins as a reward. I did not get any of the tokens or bags.

I am in the same boat. i put a ticket in to support immediately. i am sure we will get a note back after the event is over saying they cannot give us the bags and try to screw us on the amount of tokens they give us.

I’m still to receive my rewards, I have an open ticket with in game help. What it is the time frame? Other members of my faction have received there’s but mine still remain missing?

Still nothing here. This company has without a doubt the worst customer service. They can literally see I never got the rewards and just keep ignoring me. Gross customer service
