Hi, my in game/facebook name is Liam Nolan. I just bought Beth Phoenix from the web coin shop but have not received her. Was wondering what the problem was. Have logged in and out numerous times but still no purchase. Could you please fix this problem please, thanks.

    Still no beth Phoenix or a response as to why this issue has occurred. This is rediculous. Sort it out. Absolute shambles.

    Are you talking about a purchase on the Web Coin Shop or Special Offers? The purchases in the Web Coin Shop are avatars to be used on the portal. Is that where you are looking for? Thanks.

    Thanks for replying back to me, Yes my purchase was through the player avatar but I never received the purchase that I made.
