in BUG REPORTS

my in game name is Nikoboy9 and i i sent in a ticket to @Firpo about my dx vault being locked at the end of 16 and 17 wont open, idk if i didnt fill it out wrong or not because it says issue resolved even though i never got a message back and its still not letting me do pulls from the vault. can someone pls help me and let me know if im missing something or if im filling the ticket i sent in the wrong way. thank you
