Crash while claiming milestone rewards

Hello there, while i tried to claim my marching in march faction milestone rewards the red loading circle appeared and then a few moments later the game crashed and restarted and i did not get any of the rewards. a lot of other faction mates also faced this issue

please help us @Firpo @DKMangler

I also had this problem. It said bad gateway and only gave me the coins. Weird hope I get those bags.

Same for me (with or without crash), for me and a lot of faction mates. Get on it please, that's a lot of direly needed stuff.

mine was in solo milestone, claimed 14 milestones, and red ring out of nowhere, when it load back, it only showed coins, bags and tokens weren't there

Already sent in a ticket but faction said to also post on here, In game name: VoiiD

when I claimed my milestones it said “working” for about 3-4 mins and then gave me nothing, but allowed me to press claim all again, then proceeded to give me just coins but no other rewards, I’m seeing this was a common issue today, Please advise?
