Web portal keeps on giving me a message that my fb account is logged in from another device. I don’t use any other device and i have to keep logging in almost every time i use this portal. Help please..

  I would suggest setting up two factor authentication on your FB account. Since you don't have another device it means someone else could be trying to login to your FB
